Privacy Policy

When you submit a form (the newsletter, the Stack Tax Calculator, or the Operating Diagnostic) or book a call, we collect the information you provide: your email address, and where applicable your name and your agency or company name, along with the inputs you enter into our tools.

We also receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser type, and privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics about how the site is used in aggregate.

We use your information to respond to you, to schedule and run the call you requested, to send the result or resource you asked for, and occasionally to share a short operating note. You can unsubscribe from those notes at any time.

We also use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand and improve the site.

We use a small set of vendors to run these functions: Cal.com for scheduling, Attio for our customer records, our email provider for the messages you request, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Each vendor only receives the information it needs to perform its function.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep contact and lead information for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records, and we remove it on request.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from messages, by emailing privacy@inevi.io.

If you become a client, we operate inside the tools you already use with scoped, auditable access. We do not move your client data to a separate platform, and you approve material actions. See our Security page for more detail.
